Payment
We
accept various payment methods through PayPal.
We also accept money
orders and cheques (upon bank clearance usually 3-5 business days) -
please place your order and contact us for processing details (e.g. address
and cheque information). NSF cheques are subject to a $25.00 fee. If you wish
to cancel or postpone your order please contact us immediately to cancel the
order. All prices in Canadian Funds. Canadian residents are charged 6% GST
and Ontario residents will be charged an additional 8%. Some provinces are
required to pay HST and this will be automatically calculated.
Shipping
& Handling
All
shipping amounts are calculated by dimensions, weight or total cost of
purchase. In stock items are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment. If
we are out of stock of an item we will notify you by e-mail. Standard delivery
to the US is 6-12 business days and within Canada 3-10 business days.
Priority Mail is available upon request for an additional cost.
All orders over
$100 are shipped FREE of charge within Canada and the United States.
Order Pick-up
We offer a pick-up option for
our Toronto customers and will make arrangements to accomodate schedules. Once
you have placed your order please contact us to make arrangements.
Insurance,
Returns & Refunds
Although
we receive excellent service from Canada Post and other delivery services,
Strung Out Beads assumes no responsibility or liability for lost or damaged
packages. Insurance is strongly recommended as we are NOT responsible for any
losses or damages if buyer chooses not to buy insurance. Please e-mail us at
sales@strungoutbeads.ca for more details. Special order items/quantities and
books are not elegible for return or exchange.
Return
Policy
We
offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed within 10 days after receiving the items.
Exchange only. Shipping, handling and insurance fees are NOT refundable. All
returns must be in original condition. Buyers will pay for return shipping
charges.
